Our focus is on consistent high impact communications which is key to a successful image. It does little good to present a credible appearance then ruin it by a poorly focused and spoken idea, sending conflicting body language or inappropriate eye contact. We begin by evaluating your personal style, voice effectiveness, ability to handle pressure, clarity of thought and use of language, listening skills and body signals.

Personal Style
Knowing exactly how you appear to others is crucial if you are to have control over the impression you make. Included in this segment are appearance, movement and general poise and image/ brand development.

Voice as an Image Maker
The sound of your voice ... its volume, clarity, pitch, flexibility and quality combine to create an image. Through the use of audio and video tape, participants will learn the potential power inherent in the sound of the voice. Learn how to make the voice communicate what you want and how you want it including accent reduction and articulation.

Getting Your Nervousness Under Control:Grace under Pressure
No matter how seasoned a professional you are, daily pressures can strangle your creative ability to lead. Participants will learn how to push their own buttons; to control the situation rather than be controlled.

Power Speaking
"Uh...I'm not sure, I think...but...Honey" Fillers, qualifiers, and gender biased language sap the strength of any message. This program is designed to assess and correct problems in daily use of language and to expand and enhance language as necessary.

Body Signals
Your professional success could well be linked to mastering the understanding and use of body language. Through role playing, participants will learn to interpret body signals and will be able to monitor and control their own.

Private Coaching All areas such as body language, gestures, voice projection and speech are assessed and practiced in a 1-on-1 setting to achieve the highest impact in a limited time frame. Phone consultations can be arranged as part of the coaching agreement.

Group Training
These highly interactive educational sessions can be conducted for a wide range of constituencies. Based on your format and time constraints, we can accommodate large or small groups for short and extended sessions.
