Now in its 11th year, Team U S WEST provides elite track and field athletes with career positions with the company. All team members are former NCAA All Americans who rank in the top 10 in their events and have college educations that match U S WEST business needs. The Team U S WEST roster boasts record holders and Olympians, as well as 1999 Discus World Champion Anthony Washington and 1997 200-Meters World Champion Kevin Little.

In it's pursuit of excellence, U S West is working with Sports Media Challenge and using the CyberCommunicationCoach^SM to prepare it's athletes for the Olympics in Sydney, Australia. This service will ensure that it's representatives are prepared to maximize the exposure of the world stage personally and for their company, U S West.
