As a professional athlete, how should I approach individuals and companies to become sponsors?

Good question.

I am pretty well known already. I have a great image. I am always helping people anyway I can.

But real sponsorship has eluded me.

I currently am reading everything I can get my hands on. I have posed the question of my friends and others regaring Image. I await their response. Should be interesting.

Womens Skydiving is a real tough one. If you are a guy - you are sponsored. Thats about it.

There are even statistics giving such minimal numbers of us women that you would be really hard pressed to even find one with skills combined with intelligence and an actual message to get out.

Well, here I am. Now what?

Currently, apart from reading everything- I am kinda stuck on my proposal aspect.

But, upcoming are some REAL important Women's events that I feel are imparative that I make an appearance.

The 1st Annual Girls Rock Boogie:

And the Jump for the Cause - Women Skydivers for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Thats about it!
